Appointments

Akuto Customs operates by appointment only. All services require a confirmed appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Services & Warranty

All workmanship is backed by a warranty as discussed during your consultation. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and product line. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles should arrive clean and free of excessive contamination. Pre-existing damage, paint defects, or aftermarket modifications may affect service outcomes and should be disclosed during consultation. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

Payment

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation process. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Final payment is due upon completion of service and before vehicle release.

Liability

Akuto Customs takes the utmost care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects in materials, or failure to follow provided aftercare instructions.
